Claude Opus 4.6 304e9f1bbb deps: lock gen_smtp 1.3.0 + ranch 2.2.0 for SMTP inbound receiver 
mix.lock was not updated when gen_smtp was added to mix.exs in the
auto-repair commit (7706a40). Without this, `mix deps.get` would fail
or produce a different resolution at build time.
